It's hard to choose my favourite meal because I really love food (in every, shapes, textures and flavours), but probably my favourite meal is salad, especially those full of colors and seasonal ingredients. It's a versatile meal, and I like to mix them with sauces, croutons or vegan croquettes. It's simply delicious! And I like it because of three reasons. The first one it's because I've been vegetarian since 2013, so vegetables have become a habit in my life. In second place, I really like acid flavours (like lemon or vinegar), so it's a pleasure for me to taste them everytime I've got the chance. Finally, I like it because of their benefits in my health. I want to feed my body with real food, full of vitamins, water and life. 

My favourite piece of technology

In spite of my rejection feelings about extra-technological life, I might say that my favourite piece of technology is my computer. It's very trouble for me to stay hours in front of screens, but because of the virtual classes, my computer became my best friend, and there are two reasons of my choice. The first one, it has relation with  virtual classes. Online university makes me depend  of my computer to keep going on with my studies, so it's my favourite object because I need it everyday. I couldn't imagine my life without it. The second reason is about the posibilities that we can discover only with the computer (like watching movies, or seeing friends, or reading books). In resume, it's a fantastic tool, but i don't really like the daily dependance of it.

Why did I choose my major?

When I was 12, I saw an environmental documentary, and since that moment I start being interested in photography and climate change. Because of that, I discover the career Engineering in Natural Renewable Resources (ENRR), and I always wanted to studie it, because I thought that allow me to understand and comprehend the planet. But, when I graduated from school, my heart was divided by my two passions: art and science. I decided to take a sabbatical year, and after that, I studied Audiovisual Direction at PUC. Alfer another year, I changed to ENRR, because my own needs of world's understanding were stronger. In future, after graduating this career, I would like to make environmental documentaries and share everything I've leared in this career. 

Who am I?

Hi! My name is Valentina, and I'm 23 years old. I've been living my whole life in Santiago, but now I'm staying in Coquimbo. My parents were born in this region, so it's very special for me to be here and discover this cities, even if they are in the capital city. Also, I have a teen brother, who is living in Santiago with my mom. I'm an expressive and observer person, an I'm always doing different things. I love singing, I love to cook vegetarian food, and I love to ride my bike and go to unknown places. Also, I enjoy looking looking the nature, and talking to people that I love.
